Terms of Service

1. Clients must be at least 18 years old.

2. Financing options are available based on credit approval from our partnered financial institution. 

3. A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport, is required. 

4. Clients must sign a consent form for medical clearance before booking an appointment. 

1. Consultation fees are non-refundable as they compensate for the time and expertise of our medical professionals during the initial evaluation 

2. Packages or treatment plans, are non-refundable. However, any unused portions may be transferred to other services or individuals at the American Reverie Luxury Medspa's discretion.

3. If you're unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 72 hours, and we will assess the situation to find a satisfactory resolution. While no monetary refunds will be issued, we are committed to ensuring your experience at our MedSpa is positive and fulfilling. 

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling those time slots effectively 

All treatments will incur a $150 cancellation fee.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a $150 charge. 

All treatments rescheduled or canceled on the same day of appointment or missed without notice will be charged $150.  

If we are unable to process the payment on file, you will need to provide an alternative payment method to settle the outstanding balance. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the fee is paid in full. 

A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the amount varying by treatment, and is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, the deposit becomes non-refundable but will be credited to your account for future use.

All data collected during your visit, including personal, medical, and financial information, is treated with the utmost care and confidentiality. We use this information solely for the purpose of providing you with the best possible care and services. Your details will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law or to fulfill specific service agreements.
