Terms of Service

1. Clients must be at least 18 years old.

2. Financing options are available based on credit approval from our partnered financial institution. 

3. A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport, is required. 

4. Clients must sign a consent form for medical clearance before booking an appointment. 

All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and approval. American Reverie Luxury Medspa reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or not clinically appropriate.

Individual results may vary based on anatomy, metabolism, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid disruption to other scheduled clients. Late arrivals may still be subject to applicable fees. 

All sales are final.

Consultation fees are non-refundable, as they reflect the time, expertise, and medical assessment provided by our clinical team, regardless of whether treatment is performed.

All packages and treatment plans are non-refundable once purchased. Unused portions may be applied toward other services within American Reverie Luxury Medspa and must be used by the original purchaser. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date. Expired services will not be honored or refunded.

If you have any concerns regarding your results, please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will evaluate your concerns and, if clinically appropriate, offer a follow-up or adjustment. While monetary refunds are not provided, we are committed to ensuring you receive safe, appropriate, and satisfactory care.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, will result in a $150 late cancellation fee.

A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your treatment.

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: deposit is fully refundable 
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: deposit is retained as a credit on your account for future use 

If a valid payment method is not available to process applicable fees, the balance must be settled before booking future appointments.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Prepaid services will be honored at the value paid.
